Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 tspground cumin
  • 4chicken breasts
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 1/4 tsppaprika
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1/3 cupchicken broth
  • 1/3 cupcilantro chopped
  • 2limes
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 1jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 4 clovegarlic minced
  • 1 tspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions in oil for 5 min

  2. 2

    Add cumin, garlic, chili powder, and paprika saute for 2 min

  3. 3

    De-glase pan with broth turn off heat

  4. 4

    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, place in crock pot

  5. 5

    Squeeze lime over chicken, add cilantro, jalapeño, pour onion mix on top

  6. 6

    Cook on low 3 to 5 hours
