Peel the parwal and wash it

Now cut the parwal lengthwise one side (like pieces) and scoop out the seeds

Take a pan on gas add 2tsp Oil heat it

Now add sliced onion and saute now add dhaniya, souf,chilli powder and salt

Now add 1sp water mix well roast lighlty spices

Now add mango powder mix well switch off the flame take out in the plate

After cool the stuffing stuff all the parwal

Now put the nonstick pan on flame add oil heat it now add parwal cook 3-4min. With cover the lid open the lid and turn the parwal

When parwal turn golden colour fully cook switch off the flame.

Now serve as you like
