Ingredients

  1. 125 gramsbutter
  2. 100 gramslight brown soft sugar
  3. 125 gramscaster sugar
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 225 gramsself-raising flour
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 200 gramschocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Cream butter and sugars, once creamed, combine in the egg and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Sift in the flour and salt, then the chocolate chips.

  4. 4

    Roll into walnut size balls.

  5. 5

    Place on ungreased baking paper. If you want to have then bake for just 7 minutes, till the cookies are just setting.

    Take out of the oven and leave to harden for a minute.
