Steps

Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil and toast vermicilli in it to light brown.

Now take remaining 1/2 tbsp of oil in pan and add mustard seeds, hing and green chilli and fry it.

Add then onion and cook it till translucent.

Now add 1 tsp turmeric and vermicilli and mix it.

Then add boiling water about twice of vermicilli and mix it. Add salt, coriander and chopped tomato and mix it and let cook till all gravy gets obsorbed by it. And serve it hot
