Ingredients

one serving
  1. 1. Cup of rice
  2. Halfkg of fish
  3. 1 sachetonga
  4. 1. Lime
  5. 1.tsp of curry
  6. 1.tsp of thyme
  7. 1.bulb onion
  8. 1.tsp of crayfish
  9. Halfcup of salt
  10. 1.Tbs of vegetable oil
  11. 6.atarogu pepper
  12. 2 clovegalic
  13. I finger Ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and boil the rice with a pinch of salt. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cut fish into the sizes of your choice in a bowl. Squeeze the lime into it, add 2 full hand of salt and massage and allow for 1 mint.

    Then wash with warm water and keep aside. Put your frying pan on fire.

    Add the oil, pepper, onion, onga, curry, thyme, crayfish, 1cub knorr, ginger, galic.And allow to boil for 5min

    Then add the washed fresh fish and allow to boil for 5min

  6. 6

    Scoop out the fish in a plate and allow the sauce to dry or thicken. Bring it down and gash the fish as well serve by the side of the rice.
