My son loves this and its one of the quickest when on a school run, he can even grab and eat a few in the car.

My son loves this and its one of the quickest when on a school run, he can even grab and eat a few in the car.
Steps

Preheat oven to 150 C. Grease muffin cup with oil line each cup with bacon.

Break one egg on top of each cup and sprinkle about a teaspoon of grated cheese. Season with pepper only (since bacon and cheese is already salty).

Bake for 5 to 10 min or untill cheese melts. I sometimes put it on the grill too then it browns on top.

Garnish with onion leaves and serve with your toast or waffle :-) Happy morning!
