Ingredients

  1. 1egg for each muffin cup
  2. 1strip of bacon per cup
  3. salt & pepper
  4. 1/2cup grated cheese
  5. 1 tbsponion leaves, chopped finely
  6. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 150 C. Grease muffin cup with oil line each cup with bacon.

  2. 2

    Break one egg on top of each cup and sprinkle about a teaspoon of grated cheese. Season with pepper only (since bacon and cheese is already salty).

  3. 3

    Bake for 5 to 10 min or untill cheese melts. I sometimes put it on the grill too then it browns on top.

  4. 4

    Garnish with onion leaves and serve with your toast or waffle :-) Happy morning!
