Ingredients

3Chicken breasts
1Bell pepper, diced
2 cupWhite rice
1 canBlack beans
1/2Lime
1as needed Salt and pepper
1 tbspChili powder
1 tbspPaprika
1 tbspGround Cumin
1as needed Sour cream
1/2Onion, diced

Steps

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and brown

Add in paprika, chili powder and cumin. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook peppers and onions until tender.

Add cooked white rice, beans and peppers & onions to the chicken.
5

Squeeze in lime
6

Serve with a small scoop of sour cream
