In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Cream cheese should be room temperature.

For best flavor, let this mixture sit over night in the refrigerator in an air tight container.

You can spread it on your bagels cold but sitting out on counter 15 minutes before spreading is the best.

What also tastes phenomenal is spreading this on your toasted bagel and putting a thin slice of smoked salmon on top. Delicious!
