This casserole is amazing! My fav! Its also great with leftover ham, chicken or turkey! diced up into it to make it a main dish, and a great way to use leftover meats!

Thaw out potatoes until not frozen solid, preheat oven to 350. Mix potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken, salt and pepper, and half of the cheese in large mixing bowl.

After mixed put into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 mins. (Time may vary depending on how thawed the potatoes are)

Check to make sure potatoes are tender, add the rest of the cheese to the top, and bake until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
