Add one and half pints of water to casserole dish,add the 2 knorr beef pots, fry the beef in a frying pan while boling the veg in a separate pan,when the veg is boiled and beef fried add to casserole dish with a pinch of salt and pepper . Leave in the oven for 2 hours stiring occasionally until beef is tender.Add barley for the last 45 minutes of cooking.
