Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cupDried Cranberries
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tspworcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cupBalsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clovepeeled garlic
  • 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  • 1 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 lbchicken breasts or strips
  • 2 tsp shaved almonds
  • Garnish
  • 2 tbspDried Cranberries for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    place ingredients minus chicken in food processor and pulse.

  2. 2

    Place topping into sauce pan and simmer.

  3. 3

    place chicken on platic wrap and sprinke slt and pepper over the chicken. Then cover chick with plastic. Pound meat with frying pan or mallet till chiken is even layer.

  4. 4

    preheat oven to 400°F.

  5. 5

    Grease 13X9 pan and place chicken evenly along pan.

  6. 6

    Smother topping over chicken from edge to egde.

  7. 7

    Place in Oven for 20 to 45 minutes depending on size of chicken.

  8. 8

    Garnish with Almond slivers and dried cranberries and serve.
