Ingredients

3 cupsChocolate chips
1sleeve saltines
1 1/4 cupsbutter
1 1/4 cupsbrown sugar
Toasted almonds

Preheat oven to 400°

Line a jelly pan with tinfoil. Spray well with Pam

Line pan with crackers

In saucepan combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.

Boil 3 minutes while stirring.

Pour mix over crackers and lightly and quickly spread over crackers.

Place crackers in oven for exactly 5 min

Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips. Let chips melt (about 1-2 min) and spread evenly. Top with almonds.

Cool outside and chop into pieces
