Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupPowdered oats
  3. 2 tablespoonCocoa powder
  4. 1 teaspoonBaking powder
  5. 1 teaspoonBaking soda
  6. 1 cup + 1 tablespoonPowdered Sugar
  7. 1/2 cupFlavourless oil
  8. 1 cupMilk
  9. 1 teaspoonVanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda 3 times.

    Now mix sugar and oil in a bowl together in order to make a paste

    Once the paste is made, then add milk and vanilla essence and mix well to make a foamy paste.

    Once the foamy paste is made add sieved mixture into it and mix well to make a blended paste.

    Now transfer the batter into the greased and dusted mould and keep it into the pre heated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

    Your cake is now ready. Now cut it into two equal halves and spread sugar syrup on it an then whipped cream, then place the second half on it and follow the same process again.Decorate it with oreo biscuits and munchies or desired ingredients of your choice.
