Ingredients

  • 2 (40 oz)cans yams strained
  • 1 (40 oz)can yams, half strained
  • 1/3brown sugar
  • Lots of marshmallows

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 1 can yams to caserole dish, lightly mash it

  2. 2

    Add other 2 cans yams to casserole dish, DO NOT MASH!!!!

  3. 3

    Sprinkle brown sugar over yams

  4. 4

    Create a bed of marshmallows over brown sugar covered yams

  5. 5

    Bake at 350° until marshmallows surface turns a golden brown

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
