Heat milk and bring it to boil and boil it till it become 1/2 i.e. 1 lit.

Now add elaichi powder, nutmeg and sugar. Dont add sugar once at a time. Add it according to need. And boil it for few more minute. And let it get cold. And store it in fridge for hour. And then serve it. It even taste better warm.
