  • 300 gatta flour
  • 1/2milk
  • 2Table spoons of sugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Butter
  • 3eggs

    Mix the flour, eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt in a bowl add milk consistently to make a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Heat up the butter in a pan

  3. 3

    Scoop the paste and pour in cook one side before turning, repeat until it cooks

  4. 4

    Serve with hot tea
