Nile perch is one of the available fish that I can easily get in the market. Today I decided to cook it differently. I grilled on a charcoal jiko.

Nile perch is one of the available fish that I can easily get in the market. Today I decided to cook it differently. I grilled on a charcoal jiko.
Steps

Mix the coffee, black pepper, royco and salt.

Air the fish after cutting to medium sized pieces
- 3
Marinade the fish using the mixtured powder for 15 minutes and soy sauce
- 4
Arrange them in a metal tray or an oven tray if you have one
- 5
Put over a charcoal jiko using low heat. Make sure you put few so that they cook quickly and evenly on both sides
- 6
Remove from heat
