    Urad dal ko acche se dho kar.cooker mein dal le.

    Urad ki dal mein naamk taste ke according..1/4teaspoon haldi powder..thora sa aadrak..galica or pani dal kar.do sitti de kar gas band kar de

    Ak kadhi mein thora sa sarso ke oil dal kar garamkre

    Phir kadhi mein cut kiye hue small aaloo or katti hui matthi dal le. Sath mein katti hui hari mirch bhi dale.

    Ab aaloo matthi ko mix kar ke es mein namak. Haldi. Red chilli powder. Dal de.

    Ab acche se mix kar ke dhimi gas mein pakne de.

  7. 7

    20 mint mein matthi aaloo pak kar ready ho jayege.

  8. 8

    Ab ak fry pen mein pyaz ko choote chote cut karein ke oil mein fry kar le. Or thori si red chilli powder dal kar dal mein mila de. Dal ab ready ho gayi hai khane ke.liye.

    Roti or pyaz ke lacche ke sath serve kar.
