1/4 kgGroundnut oil
1Onion
2red Pepper
3Eggs
Salt
1/4 teaspoonCurry

Steps

Slice yam and sprinkle salt.

Heat up groundnut oil and put the yam to fry.fry for 4mins and turn to make sure is fried well.

Crack eggs and beat very well add a pinch of salt.

Heat up 2 teaspoons of groundnut oil and pour the onions.fry for 20secs.

Add fresh pepper stir and pour in the eggs.

Fry for 40seconds then turn to fry the other side for 40seconds.
