Gobhi aloo in palak gravy

Wash palak and vissel them in 1cup water,drain water let it cool for 5minutes then make a smooth paste in mixer and keep them aside.

Take a oil in a pan and heat on high flame add jeera,hing after cracking jeera add onion paste,ginger garlic paste fry them on low flame for 3 minutes now add tomato puree and all dry spices mix well and cover with a lid on low flame for 3to 4 minutes.

Now other side take another pan with oil and fry gobhi and aloo when they turn there colour brown then drain all oil and keep it aside.

When masala separate oil add palak paste and stir them continuously for 3 minutes then add some water and cream salt and gobhi aloo let them boil for a minute.and serve hot with garnishing dhaniya or cream.
