Ingredients

  • 1 literMilk
  • 1/2 cupSaoked rice
  • Elaichi powder
  • 1 tspKewra essence
  • Kishmish soaked
  • Chopped almond
  • Chopped kaju
  • 1 cupSugar (acc to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy button pan add milk and rice.. boil and stir for 20 min. Or till rice get cooked..

  2. 2

    Add dry fruits.. kewra essence.. elaichi powder.. sugar.... keep simmer for 10 min.. till sugar gets cooked.. serve chilled or hot..
