Firstly wash the chicken properly and add cornstarch, red chilli powder, salt, (i added mutton masala also) optional, black pepper, lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well and keep this marinated chicken in fridge atleast for 1/2 and hr

Now... Roughly chop onions and tomatoes

In a pan melt butter and add onions, green chilli, garlic and saute for 2 mins and then add tomatoes too... Then add cashews, and all the spices and let it cook till the soft mixture is formed

Now remove from flame and let it cool.. By the time fry the marinated chicken

Now blend the mixture when it's cooled

Add little butter to a pan and add the puree and then cook for 2 mins. Add kasuri methi and chicken

Now add milk and fresh cream. Cook for 4-5 mins and remove from flame

Yummy chicken is ready. Garnish it with coiander leaves and load fully with butter
