Samosa parathas
Steps

Knead a dough using Wheat flour, Maida, salt,oil and water.

Keep aside

For stuffing mix the potatoes,peas, all spices together.

In a pan heat oil, add jeera once they crackle add the potatoes mixture.

Roll the roti from the dough place the stuffing in one half of the roti

Fold it

Again fold it to have triangle shape of a samosa
- 8
Now take a tawa and cook the samosa stuffed parathas with oil from both the sides till crispy.

Serve with Chutney or sauce.
