Ingredients

  • 1 tbfinely chopped onion
  • 1 tbfinely chopped tomatoes
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupJaggery shaves
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  • Pinchgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • Mosrella cheese thin slice or grated 1/2cup
  • 3 slicesBrown bread
  • 1 tspgarlic butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut slices any shape

  2. 2

    Spread butter &keep aside

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil or butter

  4. 4

    Saute onions and tomato &saite

  5. 5

    Add salt, pepper, garam masala,chilli flakes mix well

  6. 6

    Add jaggry sheves

  7. 7

    Mix well &turn off the gas

  8. 8

    Spread mixture on the bread cover with cheese &grill or bake in oven 2-3mnts

  9. 9

    Serve hot..
