  • 1 teaspoongarlic and ginger
  • 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  • 1 tablespoonvery peri sauce
  • 1 teaspoonchicken spice

    You fully marinate your chicken, using chicken spice, hot sauce, garlic and cooking oil for just 30 minutes

  2. 2

    You then put your meat in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour

  3. 3

    Your heat must be not over 180 degrees C

  4. 4

    Then you can enjoy with anything
