Banana bread

It turned out delicious. It was quite simple to put up the batter, atlist you dont need an electric mixer. And you know those black bananas that arent too beautiful they are best for this.

Steps
- 1
Prepare all your ingredients. Measure precisely this is very key to achieve a good bake.
- 2
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Or 350 farenheit
- 3
Grease your baking tin with butter and sprinkle flour to it. It prevents your cake from sticking on pan.
- 4
Sift your flour add baking soda and salt mix well and set aside. Sifting will help incorporate air and help your cake rise more
- 5
Beat your two eggs add vanilla extract and beat till thick. I used orange juice extract as I didnt have vanilla with me.
- 6
Once its thick enough add sugar and keep beating.
- 7
Whisk untill all sugar dissolves then add oil and keep whisking untill you cant see any oil floating.
- 8
Add your mashed banana at this point and keep whisking well and beat them to small chunks.. its okay to have a few large ones.
- 9
At this point add the dry ingredients to the wet ones. Add the flour in 3 bits incorporate flour well but do not over mix. Once all flour has moisture just leave it.
- 10
Your batter should not be very thick and also not runny it should fall off anyway.
- 11
Add batter to your baking tin. Remember batter rises so fill upto to 3/4.
- 12
Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. To check if cooked. You can insert a knife of skewer if it comes out clean. Then your cake is ready. If not add about 5 to 10 minutes.
- 13
When ready. Remove it and let it cool. Then remove from the baking tin. Wait to cool down before serving.
