  1. 10medium potatoes sliced
  2. Some butter or oil
  3. 100 mlsalty water
  4. 1ts of curry powder and corn flour
  5. 2 Tbcooking oil

    Soak the potatoes in salty water for exactly ten minutes.

  2. 2

    Dry them,here you can add your spices and oil.

  3. 3

    Bake them at 250 degrees for 30 min.Remove when ready.
