Some butter or oil
100 mlsalty water
1ts of curry powder and corn flour
2 Tbcooking oil

Soak the potatoes in salty water for exactly ten minutes.

Dry them,here you can add your spices and oil.

Bake them at 250 degrees for 30 min.Remove when ready.
