  • Sour cream. 1/2 cup Mayonnaise-1/2 cup
  • Cheese cube grated 1 in no
  • Curd -1/2cup
  • 1/2 cupCoriander chopped fine
  • 1/8 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • Green chilli finely chopped 1 only

Steps

    In a bowl mix mayonnaise, curd,cream and cheese.

    Mix coriander,salt,sugar black pepper and green chilli.

  3. 3

    Serve with boiled carrot,peas,cauliflower,beans,cucumber etc
