Heat a heavy bottom pan. Add ghee.

Add the almonds and raisins and sauté until golden. Remove and keep aside.

Now add the rava/sooji and roast on a medium to low flame. Roast for 8-10 mins or until you get a nice aroma of sooji.

Now add the coconut and roast for another 3-4 mins.

Add the dry fruits, cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well.

Switch off the gas and take out in a bowl.

Now add 2 tbsp of milk and mix. Start making laddoos.

The mixture should be moist enough to bind the laddoos. If required, add more milk.

Make laddoos while the mixture is still warm. Cooled mixture will not make laddoos.

Garnish with more chopped dry fruits.(optional)

Your easy rava laddoos are ready. Store in an air tight container or serve immediately.
