Easiest Chickpeas Masala | Amritsari Chole Masala

Grind onions, tomatoes, chilli, ginger and garlic into a paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then add cardamom powder, cinnamon & cloves powder.

Add masala paste & some water. Cover and cook until the raw smell goes.

Add coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Mix well and cook that on a low flame.

Add some more water depending on your requirement and salt,
cook for 2 mins and add pre-cooked chickpeas. - 6
Cover and cook on a low heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Add coriander leaves, serve with some onion and lemon slices.
