Simple pierogis and sausage
Steps

Preheat oven to 400.

Slice sausage into medallions and fry in a bit of butter to your preference. My husband loves them really burnt.

Fry the frozen pierogi in another skillet with a bit of butter, 5 minutes per side. If you have more than 1 skillet do steps 2 & 3 at the same time, if not just set the sausage aside when your done.

Layer the pierogi in the bottom of a baking dish top with your fried sausage, shredded cheese and some dollops of sour cream. Top with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10-13 minutes.
