Ingredients

  • 200 gbutter
  • 125 mlicing sugar
  • 5 mlVanilla essence
  • 125 mlcustard powder
  • 375 mlflour
  • Icing sugar for sifting

Steps

10-15 mins
  1. 1

    Cream butter and icing sugar well.

  2. 2

    Add the custard powder and flour and mix to form a dough.

  3. 3

    Roll into small size balls and place on a greased baking tray.Flatten slightly with a fork.

  4. 4

    Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes until pale golden.
