My twist of cheese and few leftover mushrooms

In a large bowl crack and beat the eggs

Chop your onion, pepper, place it in one bowl. Also halves the cherry tomatoes in another bowl

Dice mushrooms too and place them on the bowl so as the grated cheese placed in a small bowl

Now drizzle your pan with olive oil and place it in stove

Once it's warm pour your eggs, onion, pepper, mushrooms, grated cheese and season it with aromat and pepper cherry tomatoes

Take the other half and cover the other side them your omellete is ready

Can be enjoyed with toasted bread and juice
