Ekpogede(dry ripe plantain)
Yipee tried my mama's receipe and i nailed it.
Steps

Blend the ripe dry plantain in a mill,mix with hot water in a big bowl.

Mix it very well till no lump is found.

Add salt to taste,stockcubes,palmoil and crayfish.

Wash the leaves and carefully fold it then scoope the mixture in it.
- 5
Fold very well and place in a pot with boiling water.
- 6
Cover tge pot,and boil it for 30minutes with medium heat.
