Soak cholas over night..pressure cook it (tie tea pati cloves and cinnamon)put it along with cholas and add salt.five 4 to 5 whistle.low the flame for 15 min.In a pan add oil when hot add chopped onions and fry till brown add slit green chilled. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry till oil leaves then add all spices mix well..remove the tea potli..add the boiled cholas.cook it for 10 to 15 min..mean while heat ghee in a pan put the ginger Julian on cholas and put hot ghee over it.done it's ready to eat.njoy
