300 gmushrooms
50 gcured ham
1midsized onion
Parsley
4large eggs

Steps

Chop the mushrooms, the onion and the ham.

Fry the onion and the mushrooms till it loses most of the water.

Add the ham and keep frying for 10 minutes (all the ingredients should get similar colors)

Add the eggs, fry for another 5 minutes.

Serve & Enjoy!!
