  • 1green pepper
  • 2onions
  • 1 sachetbenny spice
  • 5 litrewater
  • pinchsalt
  • 300 gchicken feet
  • 6 tbsoil
  • 100 gbaby tomatoes

  1. 1

    Boil brown beans until cooked then grind

  2. 2

    Add water then drain brown beans soup when smoothie add all chopped veggies

  3. 3

    Cleaned chicken feet and cook

  4. 4

    Add macaroni baby tomatoes benny salt and oil cook until ready
