  1. Flour 2 and 1/2kg
  2. 3eggs
  3. 8 tbsMargarine
  4. Cinnamon 1 and 1/2tsp
  5. Mixed spices 1 and 1/2tsp
  6. 4 tspB.p
  7. Jam/milk
  8. 6 tbsChopped nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour, baking powder and all spices

  2. 2

    Mix well

  3. 3

    Rub in the margarine until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs

    Add sugar and mix
