  5. 1 pyaz again mote tukdo me kata hua
  6. 3- 4 hari mirch barik kati hui
  7. as needed Hari pyaz barik kata hua
  8. as neededCoriander leaves fr garnishing
  9. 2 bis spoonMaida
  10. 2 tbspCornfloor
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as neededOil
  13. to tasteBlack pepper powder
  14. 2 bade spoon tomato sauce
  15. 2 spoonsred chilli sauce
  16. 1 spoon vinegar
  17. 1 tspsoy sauce
  18. 1 tsp cornflour ko 2 se 3 spn pani mx karke paste banaye

Steps

  1. 1

    Patta Gobi ko barik chop karke pyaz thoda sa lahsun salt black pepper powder maida aur corn floor milake dough ready karke gol gol lohi banakar medium flame par fry karle

  2. 2

    Ab ek pan me oil garamkarke pyaz aur hari pyaz hari mirch bacha hua lahsun aur shimla mirch daal kar kuch seconds ke liye fry karein

  3. 3

    Chilli sauce and soy sauce add karein mix karein ab tomato sos add karein

  4. 4

    Ab vinegar aur corn floor ka paste add karein gravy ko 2 se 3 minute pakaye salt add karein according to taste

  5. 5

    Ab Manchurian bolls dalkar 3 to 4 minutes tak pakaye hari pyaz aur hare dhaniye se garnish karein
