Ingredients

  • 2 cupVery thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1 tbspCrushed ginger
  • 1 tbspCrushed garlic
  • Gramflour 1cup or as required
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • Water as required
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl mix all the above ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add water slowly and make a thick batter.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadhai.

  4. 4

    Make round shape pakodas & fry them till light brown.

  5. 5

    Bring out from oil and press them with your palm like thin patties.

  6. 6

    Again fry in hot oil and fry both sides till golden brown.

  7. 7

    Remove from oil and absorb excess oil using tissue paper and enjoy
