Taco Scoops = A party in your mouth!🎉

Copper peppers, onions,

Add in peppers, stir, cook on low to soften add a little bit of water,

Smash up peppers onions tomatoes. Add some taco seasonings.

Smash peppers an onions into a salsa like consistency.

Add your meat to pan. Cook low heat. Chop with spatula.

Brown your meat add taco seasoning stir in a little bit of water to simmer.

Cover cook low heat.

In a separate preferably non stick pot add your Rotel tomatoes. ☆DO NOT DRAIN☆ (I use mild because original is too hot for me. Mild still has some kick!)

Dice Velveeta cheese add to pot with Rotel tomatoes.

Cook on low heat stir frequently until all cheese melted. If too thin or soupy add small amounts of cheese to thicken. Note you don't want overly thick either.
