Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour sifted
  2. 1tspn baking soda
  3. 1tspn baking powder
  4. 1tspn salt
  5. 1/3 cupcup canola oil
  6. 1/3 cupsugar
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 2bananas mashed

    Preheat your oven at 180 C.

  2. 2

    Prepare the baking tin align it with partchement paper.

  3. 3

    Sift flour add baking soda, baking powder and salt.

  4. 4

    In another bowl add sugar and oil. Beat them together.

  5. 5

    Add eggs and lemon extract. Beat them well.

  6. 6

    Add milk and beat well.

  7. 7

    Add flour mixture and incorporate it well.

  8. 8

    Finally add mashed bananas incorporate them well. Dont over mix.

  9. 9

    Pour the batter in a baking tin.

  10. 10

    Bake for atlist 40 minutes. Then check if cooked with the knife/toothpick test.

  11. 11

    If ready let rest for 10 minutes. Cut off the top

    Arrange the fruits as you desire. I used Kiwi, tangerine and strawberries.

    Enjoy as dessert and keep some for breakfast.
