1 dashshichimi And Parsley

With oil sauté the chive for 1 minute and lightly season it

Season the eggs with salt and pepper then Add the egg onto the chive and let it set for 1 minute then flip over and let it set again for another minute

Add a dash of shichimi And Parsley then plate it and enjoy
