Soak tamarild in hot water and strain it

Add 2 tsp oiliv oil in a pan

When it gets hot add cumin seeds, grated ginger,let it roast

After few seconds add green chillies, turmeric Powder,red chilli powder, black cardamom powder

Mix it properly

Heat should be medium only

At thus stage add tamarind water,gaggery carefully mix it

Add gignger powder,dry fruits,salt

Mix it let it cook at medium flame till it gets thicker

After 4-5 minutes turn the heat high and cook further for few minutes

Enjoy with samosa,chat,panipuri,sevpuri,raj kachori etc...
