4chicken breasts
1 jarof roasted red peppers
1 jarartichoke hearts
1 cupdry sherry
2 tbspbutter
1 cupheavy cream

Cut chicken into scalloppine
2

pound slices to less than an inch thick
3

brown chicken in oil
4

keep chicken in pan and add red peppers, artichokes, salt and pepper
5

add sherry until you see sauce foam
6

add cream and butter and parsley if desired
