Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupdry lentils
  2. 1/2 cupraw almonds
  3. 1/4 cuplemon or lime juice
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspnutritional yeast (optional)
  6. 2 clovegarlic (crushed)
  7. 1guajillo chili, seeded
  8. 1/2 tspcumin
  9. 1/2 cupolive oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    soak almonds in plenty of water

  2. 2

    wash and pick through lentils

  3. 3

    thoroughly cook lentils and guajillo in plenty of water - add water if/as necessary

  4. 4

    either cook off the water or drain the lentils

  5. 5

    drain almonds

  6. 6

    combine all ingredients in blender

  7. 7

    blend until smooth
