put a bowl (preferably metallic) into the fridge before you start.

Pour the cup of water into a pan and put a heat proof bowl ontop. Turn the gas on Medium, and let the chocolate melt on a simmer.

when chocolate melts, set aside to cool.

Take out the bowl from the fridge and pour the whipping cream inside. Hand whipp it till soft peaks form (about 10-15 minutes)

now that the cream is whipped and the chocolate is at room temperature add half the whipped cream into the chocolate and carefully FOLD it together. (Do Not Under Any Circumstances Mix! It will all be runny and won't work! )

once its folded to one color add the rest of the whipped cream and Fold the same way. this time you can fold it not completely to add a a design of chocolate stripes.

Pour with a tea spoon into little fancy cups (to serve friends and relatives) then putin the fridge for 15-20 minutes. It's delicious all the time but I personally think its best if you make it at night and eat it in the morning.
