Zingers (Sliders with Zip)
Only way I make burgers now! A must try!
Steps

Heat Olive Oil in pan and sweat the onions, add the chili powder, Cheyenne, Italian Seasoning, paprika, heat and set aside to cool.

combine beef and pork, salt and pepper, garlic, and sour cream, and mix well.

when onion mixture is cool combine mixture to meat and mix through with hands.

make small balls with the mixture and place in a buttered pan over medium heat, do not flatten.

allow ball to cook until well browned on bottom, about 2 to 3 minutes, flip ball and flatten well with back of spatula and cover.

while burger cooks a few mins, make basil sauce.

add mayo, basil pesto, and pepper (dash of salt if you wish) and mix well.

flip your burger and add cheese if you please. If you shred your cheese it will melt better, cover and remove from heat.

Toast or carmelize buns, spread basil sauce on bottom bun, add your burger, top with favorite toppings and you have a wonderful, tasty Zinger :)
