Ingredients

  1. 6egg whites
  2. 1 3/4 cupoatmeal
  3. 2 tspbrown sugar replacement
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1/2 cupmashed ripe banana
  6. 4scoops chocolate whey powder
  7. 1 tspcanola oil
  8. 1 tspalmond extract
  9. 1 tbspinstant coffee
  10. 1/4 cupslivered almonds

Steps

    Pre-heat oven to 325°F.

  2. 2

    Combine all dry ingredients (whey powder, instant coffee, brown sugar replacement and oatmeal) into a mixing bowl and set aside.

  3. 3

    Combine all wet ingredients (egg whites, banana, oil and almond + vanilla extracts) into another mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Slowly fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

  5. 5

    When complete, stir in the slivered almonds.

  6. 6

    Using a tablespoon, scoop cookie batter onto a nonstick baking sheet.

  7. 7

    Bake for 15-20 minutes or untill golden brown.
