Ingredients

  1. 12 largeflour tortillas
  2. 4chicken breasts
  3. 2 cancream of chicken soup
  4. 1 pintssour cream
  5. 2 cupgrated monterey jack cheese
  6. 2 cupgrated sharp cheddar cheese
  7. 1 smallonion
  8. 8green onion tops

Cooking Instructions

    cook chicken and chop into small chuncks

  2. 2

    dice onion

  3. 3

    chop green onion tops

  4. 4

    combine soup,onion,green onion tops, sour cream,and most of the cheeses,saving some for the top

  5. 5

    set aside 1 cup of this mixture without the chicken.

    add the cut up chicken to the remaining mixture

  7. 7

    in a 9 x 13" greased shallow baking dish, fill each tortilla with some of the chicken mixture, folding up ends if you desire

  8. 8

    pour remaining sauce over the top of the filled tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese

  9. 9

    bake at 350°F for 45 minutes
